One of the pleasant advantages of buying a villa at one of the parks is the refund of the TVA, the French VAT. The French government finances 19.6% of your investment in the event of rental. Your property in this project fully complies with the eligibility requirements for a refund. It is therefore possible for you to claim back the TVA on your investment. You can read the details in the appendix.
The Homeowners’ Association is responsible for the management and maintenance of the communal parts and central facilities. This association promotes the common interests of the individual owners. You can find the procedures in the appendix.
